The curb ramp has running and cross slopes that exceed the maximum allowable requirements. The flared sides have excessive slope. The curb ramp is not the minimum required width. There is no top landing or the top landing is not the correct dimensions and/or contains excessive slope. The curb ramps floor or ground surface is not firm, stable, or slip resistant. The floor or ground surface contains changes in level or gaps that exceed the allowable maximum requirements.
